Mr. McDonald currently resides, with his wife and son, in South
Boston. Keith joined Joyce Lebedew Real Estate in 2008 after working
with Keller Williams Brokerage (Boston-Metro). He represents buyers
and sellers in the Boston Metro area, specializing in South Boston,
who appreciate a fresh and ambitious approach. In the past few years,
Keith has enjoyed increasing success through his thoughtful and
diligent representation and satisfied clients.
Mr. McDonald received a B.A. degree from Boston College and is currently
enrolled in the Boston University Real Estate Certificate Program
focusing in Commercial Brokerage and Real Estate Finance.
Keith has over 10 years of real estate experience in multiple facets.
Along with working as a real estate agent, he is a senior analyst/developer
with Carpenter & Company, Inc. At Carpenter, he compliments
four developers and a CFO developing, underwriting, valuing, and
managing hotels, retail outfits, and other complex real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Carpenter, Keith was a senior associate at The
Reznick Group where he was a key player in structuring more than
30 residential and commercial tax credit real estate developments
nation wide.
